0 Loot Have you had problems with your Hosting blocking IPs?
I'm trying to see if there is a pattern because members have complained that they couldn't get to the site and a week later it would happen to me once they were able to access it again. We could all access it by VPN though and I could not ping the site through my DOS Prompt so it has to be my IP getting blocked. We're trying to see if there is a cycle or if it's random.
It worries me because if it's happening to us, is it happening to others who want to join the site too but think it's no longer there since they can't access it?
0 Loot IPs are a bit of a messy thing as they always jump around. I know China, Russia and korea tend to have a lot of banned IPs and if someone tends to get into that range they end up on the block list.
I used to ban IPs, but had the same issue, making me use apps that block on a username/email level.

0 Loot Blocking IPs is sure a messy thing compared to blocking a user. In fact blocking an IP address is not a problem but to detect the IP address you have to use proper tools. I am rather blocking users by their names/email IDs and testing their patience... some of them have really good patience though and keep coming back.
0 Loot Blocking IP seems useless to me because the use of VPS in profound. Anyone, I mean anyone can change their IP in matter of seconds and the access the very site again.
