0 Loot For anyone that owns a blog, how many spam comments do you get per day?
I've been starting to get around 5-10 a day now because we allow comments from non-registered users and without any captcha. What are some of the weirdest comments you've received?
I got the following this morning on an article about why MyBB is the perfect forum software -

0 Loot I'm getting around 10-20 per day. What's awful is I linked my blog's email to my personal email so I get notifications on my phone nonstop.
The weirdest was one of the spam 'hacked' messages you normally get in your email. But it was sent as a blog comment. It said that they knew and I quote "the naughty things I be doing on my compoter and if you don't send me 8 bitcoins to xxxxxx in 48 hours I will send thes to all family you own"
It's gotten so bad now that they're just making accounts with their url in the name. User: www.yourwebsite.com has registered to your website.
0 Loot the amount on my forum of late has been increasing, the measures I have in place block a lot but nothing is perfect.

I've had a few spammers / bots get through the registration process, but they're dealt with pretty swiftly.
