I never used Postloop or any other sites like it because at first I didn't have the ability to install their tracking addon. (Which, I'll admit, was a pretty cool idea. Install a plugin to accurately track those on exchange and make sure they're actually doing what the say they are.) But then later on, after I could, I decided not to because I didn't think they'd be worth it. I also watched their popularity take a nosedive. Very few people in the last few years have used them. There were almost no sites on there that I would have even considered joining to post on myself.

I've seen lots of poor quality post exchanges/paid posting so that really didn't help. People making kinda spam level replies, topics that seemed copy/pasted, very poor spelling and grammar. I'm not asking for miracles... I just expect better than "can u psot on mi 4um plz".

not all could be successful from it, but I did end up earning a few permanent members myself from postloop.

A problem with The Forum Wheel, the deceased Postloop competitor - is that once you raise ratings, the old people still stick around.  In that case, you have to ban them - but that makes you seem like a jerk, cause you're doing the removal mostly for quality and/or limited funds, not as a result of hating the poster, necessarily.

O.K., who has tried The Forum Wheel (TFW)?  How do you compare it to similar sites?  Do you agree with the way it does things?

Myself, I am simply having to ban a lot of people - because there is just limited funds.

the forum wheel seems to be pretty dead these days, only the spammers hang out. So compared to post loop, I say its not worth it.

I used postloop but once they sold and changed owners the whole site just went downhill, I don't even think the site is still up.

nope, its vanished from google now. What a shame.

I liked Postloop back in the day, and it helped keep activity up on my forum, but after it changed hands, or maybe just before when it seemed like Ryan cared less and less about it, before eventually selling it to Beverly, who just completely abandoned it after taking money from people for point deposits, yeah, it was doomed and is now not even in existence. I know TheForumWheel is still up, but i'm not sure how well that's doing...... I'd invest in it and buy some points but i'm very skeptical after the whole postloop downfall. 

I tried forum wheel, I got two people after a week and one was a spammer. So yeah, I wouldn't bother.
