In  Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps (movie), Michael Douglas (movie name Gordon Gecko) - heartbroken from years in prison - has realized that time is more important than money.  Do you agree with him as far as marketing goes?  What are some pros and cons to this argument?

Indeed, time is very important for if you waste time, then you can't make money really 😛

Yeah, pretty much agree. Time is a one-way transaction. You can never get more time back. We all got a set amount. You don't want to regret how you spend it.  Your kids grow in the blink of an eye and if you were busy by the time you want their affection it might be too late.

Money is just tokens. If you don't have a purpose for them then they are not of much use. With time and health, you can enjoy your days even if you don't have all the money.

Of course, time is more important than money. Time is like readily available cash. So you have to use it wisely and not waste it and repent about it later on.

Yeah indeed I'd agree. Time is what you make of it and I spend mine either travelling where I can or spending it looking to at least maximize my income from it. Whilst I've got the energy I'll work myself into the ground before I become a family man. On my lunch-breaks at work I look at ways to spend that 30 minutes doing something quick which might bag me a few bucks here and there. Yeah, I won't become a millionaire but at least I'm getting some additional cash here and there. I'm sure there is more productive things I could be doing but I'm doing what I enjoy and making some spare money on the side, better than sitting at my desk reading the news whilst trying to eat my lunch.

We have seen the differences between time and money. Time and money are valuable, however, individuals generally do not value time much and let it waste. In a materialistic world, more value is given to money. One should know the value of time vs money and which one should be valued at various circumstances.
