Who is your favourite domain registrar? I feel like I've been with every company under the sun. I've had good and bad experiences with everyone. I prefer GoDaddy to everyone else though. How about you guys?

Why did you go with GoDaddy?
I love NameCheap. I've only ever had one issue with them but it was quickly resolved in a life chat session. Whenever I had an issue, they were extremely helpful and I did not have to wait hours to connect with an agent.

I use only Namecheap, so they are my favorite domain registrar. They don't have much discount and offers at normal days but during holiday sale they give out nice offers.

I also use namecheap, they have good support.
I used to really like Arvixe but they got bought by a new company and have been garbage ever since. Although this was probably 5 years ago.

Why did you go with GoDaddy?
I've been with GoDaddy for over a decade and haven't run into any major problems. I like them and they're cheap. I just wish you could recycle coupons or they had promotions more often for renewals, etc. I miss the way they used to do their coupons. It was monthly and there was always a dollar coupon. Good old days.

I see that most people use NameCheap. I also have used it once when I needed a domain transferred to me. There were some problems but the support was quick to help and resolve them. Since then NameCheap bacame my favourite domain registrar. But GoDaddy seems to be a good one too. It has a lot of coupon codes available for use.

FreeNom for me. They're a free domain registrar and I would highly recommend them for newbie webmasters just starting out. Looking back, FreeNom has provided me with fast and excellent customer service.
