I looked into it, but got the general feeling that the quality of posts from the bulk of members simply weren't up to scratch..

I've found post exchanges to yield fairly good results. It can be a bit of a balancing act though, you want more members to be active on your website, but to do so you have to stretch yourself thinner by posting on more forums.

I feel like I've found a happy medium, and will remain loyal to the forums that I currently post on whilst it is mutually beneficial.

Did anyone here ever use a site called postloop or similar sites? You would join up to post on other sites to be paid or give money to have people post on your site.

I am a member of Postloop and The Forum Wheel for a long time but both of these sites are not working for me at this point time. Maybe site owners have lost their interest in such sites.

yeah sadly the sites don't seem to be working much anymore, which is a shame because they were a great booster shot if you had the spare cash.

I remember now Postloop and their service of forum posts. I hope they come back and give out the services again.

I like to know why they aren't working. I post from time to time, just so I can redirect some posts to my site

The hosting of postloop is down now. I think they are ending their service?

I thought about checking them out in the past, but I ultimately didn't, because I thought that the post quality wouldn't be that great. Makes me wonder if anymore sites like Postloop will come out in the future.

It did have good quality, if you don't mind low posting.

I used to buy posts but now I think it was a waste of money as none of my sites ever really eventuated to anything. But it was fun having lots of people post on the sites I made.

I would like to use it around times when high activity count like contests or events.

I haven't used Post Loop or Forum Wheel and am wondering if they're dying out because forums aren't as popular as they used to be? Were the site owners in it for money (advertising) or did they do it because they were really interested in boosting other sites and having fun with it?

When Christianity Haven was first started the owner didn't want me to go out to the promotion sites because he said he saw the same people posting on the same sites over and over again. He wanted unique posters to start and we finally got that through word of mouth. Now I'm using Forum Promotion because we really need fresh blood in there with new thoughts and attitudes  🙂

It's a shame because when PostLoop first started it was an awesome website and Ryan? The admin (I think that was his name) really moderated the website really well and only high quality content creators were approved as paid posters.

When it changed hands, it became a free for all and the quality of posts really went down hill, even if you set it so only the highest rated users could post I regularly had to ban or restrict people from posting for posting really poor quality content.

I do admit though, I was disappointed to see the website not working recently when I was looking for forum posters again.

I used it a couple of times. It was good to start the forum off but I would not pay a penny more . Full of spammers now !
