No, we will be staying on phpbb. The server is switching facilities as one is closing its doors at the end of the month I believe. They're probably getting out of there while there's still time to do so. Check out the announcement on the forum for more information. It's hard to explain.

I actually thought Chatting Time is a chat room site, never the less it is the forum. I can see it is based on the old forum module phpBB.
