Would you prefer to outsource some of your work, or hire from within your company?
I personally would rather outsource work to avoid hiring someone close to current users. I don't like when decisions are biased and outsourcing is a good way of avoiding that.

Not sure. If what you mean 'freelancing workers' for outsource then I'd say it'd be a bit of a risk. I'd probably be more comfortable having job applications for my own company rather than outsource it to other people.

It depends really. Sometimes you may have the perfect hire in your company/community and they may be a great hire that can do the job really well. Plus, it encourages others to work hard when they see that you hire from within and that they may get a promotion as well.
