Sorry for the somewhat late review @lee. I wanted to make sure I spent enough time on this so that what I say could be of somewhat use to you. 

I really like the theme now that you've changed it. It looks a lot more modern and looks inviting to potential users. The colours go well with each other and I love how you've utilised the blue and pink, both in the logo and with the theme background. 

I know that sometimes it can be hard to find the perfect icon for each forum but it would look slightly better to have a unique icon for each forum instead of having the same one for a few of them.

I can't comment much on the activity as you haven't launched yet. Just make sure that you have filled up all sections of the forum before launch so that it doesn't look empty or "dead".

The blog was a good addition to the forum and it looks like you've been posting a few already which is great. Might be good to indicate that the homepage is a blog somewhere on the forum or menu otherwise some users may not bother to even check them out.

I think you have a pretty nice setup  there with enough members (over 300) and at the time I visited your site there were 64 members online so your forum should be a popular one among your users. Great job indeed.

I applaud you for having a space for people to discuss their depression and quite often their thoughts. When I had (Still have it at times) depression melt downs I would have to go to Facebook groups as there really isn't a friendly place out there for depression when it comes to forums dedicated to depression. I used to frequent forums for depression but it didn't feel like I was welcome etc.
