I try to do some exercise; push up, jogging and bench press.
I also do some Yoga position like head stand.

I vary my workouts to confuse my muscles...really, that's a good thing! I love walking the most but sometimes I'll do walking video workouts which isn't just walking but side steps and knee lifts and kicks added in. I have a trainer hooked up to my road bike and there are days when I will ride the bike but on better days I prefer to be outside riding on trails.
For those who do yoga, how do you get around the headaches from too many downward dogs?

I really need to start going to the gym I'm obese, massively overweight, I never used to be like this but now I have a disability excercising without pain has become rather difficult.
I don't do Yoga but I try to meditate daily but often forget, I honestly believe meditation is something everyone should give ago as the benefits are amazing. I always thought it was some mumbo jumbo type of thing with no credit, it's one of the best things I implemented into my daily routine.
It's just having the discapline to stick to it.

I did have a trainer for like a month just to get over my anxiety. But I usually just google stuff on my phone if I need to know the exercises for each muscle group.
