Mexican and Chinese are my favorites. As for "home cooked" meals: meat loaf, beef stew, and my mom's home made chilli. 😀

Just what it sounds like. Ground beef made into a literal "loaf" and baked. You also normally add an egg and breadcrumbs to the raw meat. Shortly before it's done, a lot of people put ketchup on it. 🙂
