How do you handle the Marketing and Promotion of your projects? Do you usually do it all yourself or do you hire other people to do it instead? When I say "hire" I don't necessarily mean paid. You could have people volunteering in a position and have them do this as part of it.
Maybe you prefer to divide the work and do some things yourself while delegating other forms of advertising to other people. How do you organize it? What things do you prefer to do yourself?

I do the majority of it myself, although one of my members have been pretty good at trying to spread the word also. More recently the administrator of another website I visit has been keen for me to participate on his Discord server and is happy for me to advertise on there..
I haven't paid for any advertising yet whether it's something like AdSense, or paying for help.

I do all of my stuff myself - it's my job in real life so it makes sense I suppose but it also allows me to retain personal control over things and how they operate. I'm not averse to hiring VA's or gig employees for certain tasks to minimise the time I spend on doing more 'intensive' and boring tasks but I'm quite the micromanager I'll be honest lol.

I've been doing it myself for a few years now, but I may pay someone to give my SEO a boost shot since I never understood how that works.
I was like that to be fair, I never understood a thing about it so I just started asking people on Fiverr or SEOClerks to do that kind of stuff for me until I started seeing it have the opposite effect to what i intended. Even a basic knowledge of how things should work (If I do this, it should do X) helped me when actually looking at VA's to do this kind of stuff. I could weed out the jokers from the pack so to speak.
