How long to setup?

In terms of a raw set up (Getting the domain, hosting and software installed) it's quite a quick process really, especially as I get cPanel to do most of it for me. However, when I last set up my blog I wanted to write three weeks worth of content first to ensure that I had a rolling start in terms of content. Then whilst those were churning out I could get writing more content for another three week period. At least then at the end of those six weeks I should have some decent enough audience data to get me started in terms of personalising what I do from then on so obviously that took some time in terms of writing, maybe a couple days or so each time. I'm more of a tweak as I go person anyway.
