Best forums is a general discussion forum. It is an active forum where you can get recent information and discuss anything.
It is a forum where you can discuss about all kinds of topic ( except adult,malware,hacking,illegal and such content). There aren't many forums because I think its better at the beginning. We will create new content and work on it. Thanks for your time.

Very simple straightforward layout and the variety of topics is great. My one suggestion would be to have rules that are specifically focused on the sales part of the forum. Other than that, looks good, best of luck to you!

Your layout is good but I would condense your forums a little, especially at this stage since it's a starter forum. You probably could condense majority of those into one node.

A good selection of forums. Usually, new forums tend to have way too many forums but you have a good number. A nice theme wouldn't go amiss though.
